Today i have received a letter from ICAI stating that i am found guilty of adopting unfair means in may 2014 examination and my result is cancelled. in addition of this letter is stating that i am debarred till and inclusive November 2014 examination. in reference to reagulation 41 with 176 of CA regulations 1988.
i have checked such regulation but there is nothing about debarring me from appearing examination.
please help what should i do.?
