Today i have received a letter from ICAI stating that i am found guilty of adopting unfair means in may 2014 examination and my result is cancelled. in addition of this letter is stating that i am debarred till and inclusive November 2014 examination. in reference to reagulation 41 with 176 of CA regulations 1988.
i have checked such regulation but there is nothing about debarring me from appearing examination.
please help what should i do.?

Please ascertain the reason for debarring you from examination.
If you feel that the reason mentioned by ICAI is not satisfying please rush to ICAI,Delhi and give your explanation and plead with the examination section for admitting you for Nov,2014 exam.-kkm
