De Linking of Aadhar card with wrongly alloted pan card number

my client required pan correction for aadhar linking but they wrongly filed the new pan allotment form with aadhar card as supporting document so now they have two pan and aadhar link with new pan so what to do for de linking of aadhar with new pan. kindly help me.

The date to link Aadhar with PAN has been extended to 30.06.2023.
