DD in whose favour? in form 2

Dear Murli,

The fee has to be paid by way of account payee local cheque (pay at the place candidate
belongs to or at which Decentralised Offices are situated) or by demand draft/ Pay Order, drawn
in favour of 'The Secretary', The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi or the
concerned Decentralised Office (if the candidate belongs to other cities).
