Whether a Practising CA may register an article being her Daughter with his Firm for the purposes of Articleship training under CA Regulations Act or not.

Yes. their is no such provision regarding this. Two of my freinds have done articleship under their father.

THERE IS NO SUCH BAR FOR THIS AND IF SHE WANTS TO GO IN PRACTICE WITH HER FATHER THEN IT IS BEST BUT IF SHE WANTS TO GO FOR JOB AFTER CA THEN PREFER TO BIG 4
