Date of TDS Certificate

Sir,

I have some quaries about issuing TDS Certificate (Form 16A). Which i post as under.

1) Suppose client has deposited TDS in the time (say in the month of April) but filled his TDS Return in the month of may then what date should be quoted in the Form 16A

For e.g. TDS Diposite Date - 05/04/10 and TDS Return Filled Date is 08/05/10.

Then which date should be quoted in the Form 16A.
 

2) Suppose client pay TDS not in time.

Foe e.g. TDS diposite date - 26/05/10 and TDS Return filled  date id 12/06/10.

Then which date should be quoted in Form 16A.

Please reply to my quaries as soon as possible.
