Oh yes.

Yes! It can be but auditors report date cannot be earlier than directors report date.

The Directors' Report can be signed on the date of signing of the annual accounts by the Directors' and addendum can be signed on the date of the Auditors' report, if there are reservation of the Auditors, as per Section 217(4) of  the Companies Act, 1956.

Why profit and loss account is annexed to Balance Sheet & Directors Report & Auditors Report attached to Balance Sheet & what is relevance of Annexture & attachment?

Usually it is same date. However, it can be on or after the date of Auditors Report because the remarks of Auditors Report are to be included in the Directors' Report therefore it can only be completed after the finalization of Audit Report and placing it to the Board.

Generally, the common practice is the results are submitted to the Auditors for their report and then the meeting is adjurned to reassemble and take on record the auditors report.

Then the Auditors report is taken on record. Thenafter the Directors Report is approved.

Although, on the back side all the reports are already prepared to be placed to the Baord accordingly.
