As of the last date for the holding of AGM is 30th November, 2021, So my question is what would be the last date for the signing of Financials by the Auditor?

Date of signing of Statutory Audit report for FY 2020-21

The auditor's report must be signed on or before the date of the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Since the statutory deadline for holding the AGM for FY 2020-21 was 30th November 2021, the audit report needed to be signed by that date or the actual date the AGM was held, whichever was earlier.
