Date of llp agreement

Dear Friends,

The date of LLP agreement prepared by my client is prior to trhe date of registration. Re drafting is not possible as one partner is abroad and and not available for signature.

Is it possible to file prior dated agreement ? how to ratify it as mentioned in section 23(2) of the Act ?

Please share your views as early as possible...
