If register and being able to audit then itr is by 15th Feb otherwise 10th Jan
Here there is overlapping in dates arise. Becoz under Bombay public Trust , the last date for accounts have been extended to 31-03-2021.
But by 10Jan or 15Feb accounts need to be uploaded and filed alongwith RoI.

15th of February if you are required to get books of accounts audited otherwise 10th of January .
