Yes you can give it in a single form 16A alongwith details. You can give any date before 31st July 2008 for FY 2007-08

Give them any date with in 15 days from date of filing of return

Hi

For issuing TDS certificates , 15 days from date of filing fo return is default. The law specifies the time to be 30 days from end of month in which TDS deducted. You can take a letter from vendor authorsing you to issue certificate on annual basis - in such cases the last date is 30th April. There is an exception to the above rules. In case you make some provisions and deduct TDS on the same, certificate can be issued till 31st May.
