Hope all are doing well
I want to apply for the PAN CARD of the partnership firm. We have partnership deed which is made on 03/05/2016. However, it was came into effect from 14/04/2016.
The deed contains these two lines -
1. This INDENTURE OF PARTNERSHIP made and entered into at Indore on Third Day of May Two Thousand Sixteen.
2. The Partnership shall come into effect from Fourteenth Day of April 2016 and shall be for an indefinite period unless it is determined.
Now please tell me what should I write in the application form for NEW PAN.As per my understanding, it should be 14/04/2016. Please guide
