 What is Due date of filing return for partner of a partnership firm when the firm is subject to audit u/s 44AB?

if a partner is having income from a firm and that firm is having tax audit under income tax both (firm and partners) due date is 30 september

the partner only has share of profit. Both the partners are working partners and they do not drawn any salary as such.

What about the scenario, in which the person is a working partner in one firm and non-working partner in another firm? in that case still the due date of 30th sept is applicable?

if firm is liable for audit due date for filling itr of partners is  30/09, whether or not drawing salary / remunaration etc.

But according to new rules. 

Filing Income Tax Audit Return Due Date for AY 2018-19 (Audit Cases)

Due date of filing the Income Tax Return by Assesse is 30th September 2018.

  • A Company
  • A Person (Other Than a Company) whose accounts are required to be audited under this Act or under any other law for the time being in force, or
  • A working partner of a firm whose accounts are required to be audited under this act or under any law for the time being in force
