Date of change of office w.e.f in form 18

Dear Members,

One of our Company has filed Form 23 and then filed a petition for change in registered office from one state to another and the order was issued by the CLB and consequently Form 21 was filed which was approved yesterday.

Now we are preparing Form 18 in which under point 4(a) teh date is to eb mentioned regarding the change of registered office w.e.f.________________

Please guide as to what date will be mentioned??

The date of EGM or the date of isseu of CLB Order or teh date of approval of Form 21.
