CCI never sell our details but it may happen that coaching classes for their promotion search details from CCI and as you had mentioned your contact no.  in your profile they may SMS you.

CCi is selling the data of its members to coaching classes at Delhi & also to few books Publication Houses

Is it correct to doing so, is there any remedy available with us. its not about just only contact no some personnal details can also be shared with outsiders 

Here is an extract of their privacy policy Para 4

" Any other personally identifiable information, including names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses, received by caclubindia.com from Site Visitors is exclusively and voluntarily submitted on the part of the visitor via email. Personally identifiable information provided in such correspondence is not stored at our website, is only used for responding to the respective query, and is otherwise not used for marketing promotions, SPAM or any other purpose. Site Visitors who do not want their personally identifiable information made available to caclubindia.com should not submit such information. "

The highlighted point makes it clear that we must be careful of what we share, not just here, infact I would say this for every site.
