Recently pb govt issued a notification that if any firm send their consignment out side state he will have to fed all particular on their official site before issuing the invoice. I issued the invoice on dt 21/05/12 and on the same date the site was hang as well the data could not be fed to their official site as few coloums were not known to me and therefore it could not be fed on the same date and on date 22/05/12 I fed all the data with the assistance with my friend.
so my question is will sale tax department will ask for any penalty or how to justify it that why it could not be fed on the same date can we state that the site was hang on the same date will it be suitable answer by us.
