Dear Sir,
our company paying Rs.500/- Per day as DA to employee when employee goes out of station for official work or our branches visit.
So please tell me that this expensess comes under which head and this should be included in employees individual salaries?

no it is not include in the individual salary of the employee.put these expenses in travelling expenses.
Since , it is paid for official work hence will not included in employee's salary and taxable in hands of company as travelling expense
