Financial Accounting - G.Shekar, Paduka Publication even though this is for CA, but still you can refer to the related chapter of CWA.
Applied Direct Taxes - Vikash Mundra
Commercial & Industrial Laws & Auditing - Study Material will be sufficient, except for Contract Act, you can refer Munish Bandari's Hand book.

Direct taxes - Girish ahuja is very good!! but don forget to refer our material which is also good.
If applied direct taxation V.K.Singania is best. Commercial law only institute book.
