Cwa final results today

friendz i need ur urgent suggestions......

in icwai final in my first attempt i got marks

15paper -41 16p - 65 17p- 61 18p -26    - FAil

and i claimed exmpt. in paper 16 & 17 in antoher attempt i got

15p - 46 18p - 54 aggreate 100 even though the result is  fail

may i now the reason.....

i there any rule that a student  shd get min of 50 in each paper if  exmptn. claimed

You should have passed. There is error in the result. The rule is that the paper in which you have got exemption "E" earlier will be treated as 50 marks for the purpose of subsequent results. In your case you have scored 100 in other 2 papers and the aggregate in such a case is 200 which is pass for the purpose of current results. 

Write to institute for the results.

I think to qualify for exemption u to score atleast 30 in all the subjects in the term to get an exemption, In ur first attempt u got 26 in 18th paper, may be that was the reason ur exemption not carried out, but I m not sure , check the exemption rule on the net or call the Icai office tomrw.
