Please could you let me know if i appear for one paper in ICWAI group and score more than 60% marks, would i be eligible for exemption?

I think Yes.
But you will not be able to carry forward 60+ marks in the next attempt. In other words, u will get only an exemption in that particular paper assuming to get 50 marks only..
