You will get exemption of foundation xam & will be able to enroll for inter directly after IPCC. As the new syllabus of inter is very much similar to IPCC you will find it easier to accomodate. 

Your Foundation exam will be exempt on the basis of CPT clearance.

Inter and Final level of CWA, you won't be getting any exemption on any papers on the basis of IPCC. Though after giving IPCC you can manage CWA inter.
