Dear All,

I am looking for Customer & Supplier verification templates wherein all the necessary details of customers & suppliers can be obtained. Like , Registration Certificate, Registered Address , GST No. , etc . etc.

If anybody can help me please ..

If u know pan u can search it on gst portal with pan number and will get all required details

Actually Madam

I know that but actually I want to maintain a database of the Cust & Supp. At the time of making new contract I should furnish them this form wherein they will all the details themselves afterwards my team can evaluate the details. Its a kind of Credit Control role.

And I am in search of exact format.
