if c form is not issued then rate of vat prevailing in the state will be applicable , suppose vat rate is 5% & CST Rate is 2 % on C form , if C form is not issued, then rate of 5% would be applicable.

Pls refer the local sales tax rate as applicable in your state of Tamilnadu for your product. CST rate would be equal to that if sale is made without C Form. Thanx.
