We are from Chennai and our company make Electronic Laboratory equipment for engineering colleges. What is the current rate of CST without C form Out of Tamilnadu?

if c form is not issued then rate of vat prevailing in the state will be applicable , suppose vat rate is 5% & CST Rate is 2 % on C form , if C form is not issued, then rate of 5% would be applicable.

Dear Mr Rao

Pls refer the local sales tax rate as applicable in your state of Tamilnadu for your product. CST rate would be equal to that if sale is made without C Form. Thanx.
