Dear sir,

Can we take ITC from the Composition Scheme dealer by selling goods and services?

No , ITC not. available , Composition Dealers issue bill of supply not Tax Invoice .

Dear Sir,

Ydi koi registered person kisi composition dealer ko Tax invoice issue krta hai to kya registered person us composition dealer wale person se TAX collect kar skta hai ya nhi,

Yes , collect tax and deposit in GOVT account .
