hi,

I need clarifications about CTC ( cost to the company)
1) what is CTC?
2) Whether employer contribution of PF be included in CTC?
3) Whether bonus,gratuity be included in CTC?
4) Is it same for all companies?

All the components are included in CTC. there is no spacific defination for CTC, it is different from co. to cos.
