We have purchased some material (in Maharashtra) from West bengal against form C. The seller charged 4% against form C sale. is it correct persentage for West bengal? pls solve my query.

The concessional rate of CST against "C" Form is Maximum 2%, if the supplier charging 4% this is not purchase against form-c

Dear Rashid Bhai,
Yes i know CST against for Form C is maximum 2% but in our case 3 or 4 dealer from west bengol charging 4% in Invoice against CST Sale. is it any other law in WB for CST Billing?
