is there any penalty for no voluntary deposit ? because there is chance to receive some of c-forms in coming months.

Wait for Form C pending , At the time of assesment STO will make demand with interest for pending Form C. If you will received C form from party up to assesment you will submit it and no need to deposit any Tax.
