CST - Forms

Dear All,

I request the forum help to understand the question we have.

a) We are supplying good to other states from bangalore (like gujarat, Rajasthan etc) to un registered dealers. Since they are unregistered dealers we charge 4% CST, do they need to submit checkpost from like 403 in case of gujarat etc while shipping the goods.

I assume that no forms is required while shipping to unregistered dealers. Is that correct.
