I have received a CST Bill on purchase of goods dated 27-3-2010. I received the goods and same bill on 3-4-2010. now on which date I have to enter in my books of account. and of which date the C form will be issued to the other party.

As it is year end process, i think you should consider this Interstate purchase as march 2010 entry.
