1. When does purchasing dealer give C Form to selling dealer? At the time of sale or is there a time limit within which purchasing dealer can give Form C.
2. When is selling dealer required to submit Form C to his sales tax deptt.?
3. what happens when purchasing dealer does not give Form C?

1) Purchasing dealer should given "C" form to seller within 2 years at any time from the date of asst.year close,
2) within 2 years from the date of asst.year close.
3) if fails to given "C" form then remaining part of sales tax should paid to assessing officer of sales tax dept.
note:=- assessment year as accounting year same.
