a haryana firm (on closure of its operations) sold plant nd machinery, generator etc to rajasthan company......will there b central sales tax(CST) on it???????? firm was a manufacturer of Zinc oxide (its operations closed nw)..........nd company manufacturere of egible oil........ kindly clear this.........
The firm is selling Capital Asset so there will be question of capital gain tax. If the Consideration is exceed the WDB of the machinery than Capital gain Tax will charged on the excess amount.
