CSR expense , ITC eligibility
Dear Member, we have incurred an amount of Rs 10 lakhs (including gst amount of Rs146000) as CSR expenditure can we able to take ITC of this expenses. please suggest..

No where in the GST Act mentioned about GST on CSR. The quarry is yet to answered by GSTN council/ CBIC. As of now ITC ( input tax credit) eligible on CSR as it is not covered under blocked credit sec 17(5)(h)
