i have done ipcc and currently looking for articleship.if i want to apply for cs too, what is the procedure. i have to do articleship for cs and ca both separately???? am i eligible of any exemption from some papers of cs..

No exemption is available for CS articleship on the base of CA articleship. You have to do both of them separately. Non-exemption is also applicable for the subjects between CA and CS. However, after completion of your CA IT training (i presume you have completed, since you are looking for CA articleship) you can claim exemption from CS IT training course and directly appear for the online exemption test (max. 2 attempts, otherwise you will have to do the CS IT training also).
