CS-Training Exemption

Dear Sir,

My CS Final result is awaited, i want to exemption from my CS 15 months training,if any one have experiance letter format for exemption on the basis of working experience. please forward the same for claiming exemption from training & any required documents if any for supproting. I am eligible for exemption .
