Yes he can if he has regd for cs before april 2014 . Not sure about the date if he has enrolledbefore that he can go for 15 mnths training if regd after that date then he would hv to undergo 2 yrs training. I would suggest that he goes for training after clearing exams coz after clearing exams he can reg under new training structure would b reqd to undergo training for 1 yr only plus he would b exwmpt from some small trainings that r reqd to b undergone

Under old scheme training he can register now for 15 mnths or after clearing professional convert to new schemr and go for 1 yr training plus fewer trainings
