For Tax you may go for Girish Ahuja or Vk Singhania. By the way Ahuja is good for self understanding and theory purpose.

For FM paper R.P. Rustagi is very good book and sufficient along with ICSI study mat questions.

 I have attempted Module -3 (Tax and strategic Mgt) of Professional xam thrice but could get through... This time they had asked case laws in Tax paper... I don't know how to prepare for this Dec xam... please help me.
