Hello Everyone,
I am going to appear for CS Professional Module II, Old Syllabus in June 2015. This would be my 4th attempt and I am unable to pass in Corporate Restructuring & Incolvency. I have just finished with my CA final Exams yesterday and now time is too less for CS exams and that too with CA articleship. Kindly suggest me books and how to read ?

I personally Did Sangeet Kedia's book and found it useful enough to clear the exams... Got 112 in module 2 in the First Attempt itself.. Just the reading and trying to write and practice the relevant portion would suffice.. |

sir can u suggest something for forex management subject.
since i am also in ca , will the ca syallabus for financial management will be sufficient for cs too ?
and sangeet kedia is sufficient for governance subject too?
