Cs-professional exam fees refund

my sister is doing CS. this Dec she has her Professional Exam, she has filled exam form along with fees. however now she cann't give exam this Dec. so,  Anyone plz tell me, what is the procedure for getting refund for exam fees of CS PROFESSIONAL if she is not doing it in this attempt. Whether there is any way to carry forward such exam fees to next attempt or to get refund?
