Major change

Companies Act 2013 will be applicable for DEC 2014 Professional Programme (Old and New Syllabus) exam and onwards 

Prepare the subjects effected by it accordingly. for notes refer the following link:

In Tax : finance at 2013 shall be applicable along with all the recent changes case laws upto 6 months before examination.

What are the changes in CR? in which topics? old syllabus

No change in CRI

The study material available currently contains sections from the Old Act only. Are we expected to read this PDF booklet and be able to answer complex questions in 4 different subjects citing new act sections?
