Dear friends,

I need to know what are the amendments that have become applicable in Dec. 2014 CS Professional exams i.e changes in syllabus as compared to June 2014 exams. It would be helpfull if someone could provide me link(s) to necessary information in this regard. Any help is highly appreciated.

Major change

Companies Act 2013 will be applicable for DEC 2014 Professional Programme (Old and New Syllabus) exam and onwards

Prepare the subjects effected by it accordingly. for notes refer the following link:

In Tax : finance at 2013 shall be applicable along with all the recent changes case laws upto 6 months before examination.

The study material available currently contains sections from the Old Act only. Are we expected to read this PDF booklet and be able to answer complex questions in 4 different subjects citing new act sections?
