Mail your email id, registration number, name etc to following email ids stating that you are unable

to apply online due to this. Even I am having the same problem. mailed them yesterday but no response from

them till now. Also try calling @ 01204522071. I am trying but no one's answering. Still try these.

I am able to log in to the website now.
