My Cousin is a Non Graduate annd he want to join the CS Inter,he had completed his engineering ,so i want to know that his he eligible to join and if yes please provide the form which i can download from the net & the same can be submite to the CS Chapter.its very urgent

Post its compulsary.Its just like test paper after going through the modules u have to write the test papers and submit it to the institue..
Oral is optional if u want teaching assitance on d subject u can take otherwise no need of it..
