one of mine friend appeared in the CS inter both group in dec 2008 without submitting the Eligibility test papers, i want to know is it possible to give exams without submitting ET's.

first of all the insititute will not see that papers.simply for the formalities we have to submit.for safer side just write and send it by courier or submitting to center.I dont think they will send u cc certificate also. You can write exams like that only.Only computers is compulsary..all the best

IF PASSES BOTH THE GROUPS THEN ITS OK...
If u pass both then groups its k they will not ask.my friends wrote like that only.for safer side i am telling u to write and send it..only computer is compulasary so pls do it that one..you can write the exam while collecting or submitting they will ask of computers done with that or not, if not then u have to give declaration stating them asap will do it..Papers also u write and send it of for the safer side its my suggestion...all the best
