i had a query , my friend has cleared module 1 and module 4 of professional old syllabus , so now what papers does he need to give under new sylllabus after switchover....does he need to give all the papers again ?? because according to institute notification exemption will be given to those students who have secured 60 percent or more marks under old syllabus

Ask ur friend to use online services, after login, ask him seem professional info. there you can see the papers that are exempted. he has to appear for the remaining papers under the new syllabus. From what you have mentioned, ur friend has cleared Co. Secl. Practice, drafting, Due Diligence and Ethics. Under New syllabus he has to appear for the following papers :-

Module 1 - Corp. Restructuring, Valuation and Insolvency

Module 2 - Fin. Treasury and Forex Management,

Infn. Tech and Systems Audit

Module 3 - Advanced Tax Laws and Practice

One elective paper out of five

He has to appear for all the modules and take the above papers.
