Some good books are --sangeet kedia books for theory subjects i.e.
a.genral and commercial law
b. economic labour law
c. company law
d. securities law
and for tax the book is v.k.singhania(latest)
but do not avoid your modules in this these books are for references subject matter is module....every heading of module is important for maater u can refer books.....

dear friend...i suggest ONLY THIS MUCH which is avilable for second group...one of the best crash books available.it is easy to study and if u study the whole book well u can easily score even exemption
