FEW OF THE POINTS ARE NOT CLEAR-
CS EXAMS NOT HEALD IN MAY
FOR APPEARING IN EXAM SIP IS NOT MANDATORY, BUT BEFORE REG FOR FINAL YOU HAVE TO CLEAR IT.
HOPING YOU APPEAING IN JUNE EXECUTIVE TERM, AND YOU CAN APPLY FOR EXEPMTION ANY TIME.

You can still apply even I did in my case. And I had also confirmed from cs institute as well ....so no worries.
