Cs executive

sir/mam im cs executive student I joined on 2013 now cs is converted into online I dont get my username and password .one of my friend registered for me he gave only his phone number I got my registration number from cs institutes . I tried to change my password through this registration no: and phone no: as username but both were not working is it necessary to obtain username and password plz help me to get out of this.......
