i think it was wrong attitude that valuation is Liberal. see examiner perfectly valued the answer guidence set by the board. Once the examiner set the question he should also set  the answer also. so there is no easily checking or liberalisation of awarding the markss. The student who will write appropriately will get good marks. Remember this is any PROFESSIONAL examination.

This is just my openion. I am also student of executative programme old syllabus.
