if it is register with icsi then both cs or hr as per my understanding

Thank You ! Can A Director /MD of company issue this letter? And Training completion certificate can be issued by MD/Director itself ,Actually I'm going to do it under pvt Ltd company ,and there is no whole time company secretary ,but company is consulting company and they will implant/ deputed me with a group/firm of company secretaries.But originally I shall be under that company ,And company is also registered with ICSI for imparting training .

As per the regulation Long term internship with specified entities is to be done on whole time basis during normal working hours:-

i) In a company having a paid up share capital of not less than fifty lakh rupees; or

ii) In any other institution or organization (i.e. law firm, financial institutions, consultancy firm) as may be approved by the Council from time to time; or

iii) Under a Company Secretary in whole time practice or in a firm of Company Secretaries

so ther is no need to be cs in the organization. You require only following

i. A duly signed request letter from company on its letter head signed by yes MD/D who sign the important document of the company

ii. A certified true copy of latest balance sheet of the company (Scanned copy to be uploaded at online portal)

and during training you have to submit quarterly training report from the commencement of training in the format presicrbed  by icsi and i saw the format and in this format the person who will sign your quarterly training report is mentioned as trainer not the compnay secretary and Every applicant claiming to have acquired the necessary practical experience and undergone the required practical training, shall be required to obtain certificate from at least two members having a standing of three years membership, as approved by the Council, certifying that in the opinion of the certifying members, the candidate is a fit and appropriate person to be admitted to the Associate Membership of the Institute

 

it means appointment letter /Quarterly report/training completion certificate can be signed by Director /Managing director .

No as you are going to start training in the company so in this case after your training complete you shall be required to produce necessary documentary proof to the satisfaction of the Council along with your application in the appropriate form for Associate Membership. like experience certificate from the company etc.

ya but appointment letter to be signed by senior hr officer and quarterely training report to be signed by trainer in the company who may be any one who will help in your training

Amit ,are you cs ? Till yet I know there is no experience certificate is required ,it's training completion certificate which need to be submitted to ICSI after completion of respective training and employer shall not give any other certificate then this , Experience certificate is required only in the case of exemption from training! I've checked ACS membership checklist and it requires fitness certificate from 2 Cs with min 3 yrs of membership!!

Yes exactly i was telling that in my 2 answer what you now understand. But you did not read carefully and ask such foolish question (i am really very sorry to say this words) that "training completion certificate can be signed by Director /Managing director" that is why i was testing you that whether you are understanding what i was writing or not by putting wrong answer in third answer.

However please don't use this type of words ,If you think that I'm asking foolish questions( I appreciate that you say sorry for it ) ,You are free to not to reply me ,& Everyone is using this platform to clearify their doubts,Please read your answers carefully ,At your second answer under point no.ii you mentioned CERTIFIED TRUE COPY OF BALANCE SHEET ,Which is actually required at the time of registration by company itself for imparting training ,and it gives me little confusion ,I also checked proforma of training completion certificate at ICSI which gives me little doubt because it was single one for both PCS & Company ,But it's clarified now,but still thank you for your time which you spare me to help !! I hope you shall maintain professional dignity .
