Sir, I am ICWA graduate willing to pursue CS course. I am also a central government employee having 15 years of service (as Steno).
Kindly adivse me whether I am exempted for 15 months articles training (wtih a practicing CS) during the couse of CS and whether permitted to write Professional exames (final) level after completing Executive level.

Yes there is a provision of exemption from ICSI 15 month training. But to know the exact criteria of exemption I would advise you to visit your nearest ICSI chapter and have a chat with ICSI official.
Further you can write CS final immediately after clearing CS executive and training can be completed later after qualifying CS final.
