Cs and cma qualification for cfo level

I want certain clarifications from my fellow professionals regarding the CFO qualification in the new Companies Act, 2013 as i am planning to take ICMA.

I am a qualified Company Secretary and  i wish to know if i can do my CWA as an additional qualification, I was told by a CFO who apparently is a CS+CA that doing additional course will not help today s professionals as the definition for various professionals have been clearly defined.

Can anyone pls clarify abt the new definition of CFO so that i can have a better clarity and decide whether or not to enroll for CWA.
