The simple answer to this would be that you should call or e-mail the institute and get your query solved.

I would prefer e-mail communication since it will allow you to have proof of answer to query.

Send the communication in 'query format' first rather than in 'permission/request format'.

   Undoubtedly Sneha,as you have completed your B.COM in march 2013,you are eligible for pursuing CS...But register for CS as soon as possible on or before NOVEMER 30th,2013 so that you will be eligible for writing module-1 in June,2014....IF you wanna write both modules at a time in December,2014 you have got some more time to get registered yourself with ICSI........
